PRACTICITY:

To develop skills require practice during the training. All our programs use practice as a means of internalizing tools.

VIDEO:

The use of recordings allows us to objectively analyze the attitudes and behaviors of each participant in each situation.

EXERCISES:

Each exercise is designed to maximize learning, both active (the people who do it) and passive (the people who have not done it and observe it). The exercises can be individual, in pairs, in teams or in groups.

REFLECTION & ANALYSIS:

During the workshop sessions there is a high value time of internalization of the practiced concepts. These moments allow a very deep learning of the practiced skills.

FEEDBACK:

The constant feedback from the monitor and the group facilitates the permanent evaluation of the participant.

CVPVLA CAMPUS & VIRTUAL PLATFORMS:

CVPVLA Campus is an electronic platform that allows access to a wide variety of online practices and virtual communication. These on-line activities complement the face-to-face sessions (or virtual training through video-cenferencing) adding more contact with the participant during the development of the training in the real world.

Besides our face-to-face and blended programs, all our training is now fully virtualized, and can be delivered through any virtual platform.

EVALUATION & SELF-ASSESSMENT:

There are constant systems of evaluation and self-assessment of the participants regarding their strengths and development areas in the skills worked.

ELECTRONIC TEST:

Exercises on videos, situations or cases allow us to evaluate the participant on certain specific concepts.

READINGS:

The reading of our own articles and publications, and external ones, get the participant to consolidate concepts that have been presented in a practical way during the workshop.

DOCUMENTS AND HAND-OUTS:

Each participant receives the necessary documentation and hand-outs to remember the face-to-face workshop sessions and their main conclusions.

INDIVIDUAL TAYLORED FEEDBACK OF THE TUTOR:

After the workshop sessions, the tutor can prepare a personalized individual report for each participant, on their own performance of each presented practice.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS:

The participant can have individual sessions (face-to-face or videoconference) to adapt the content of the training sessions to their daily practice and study new action plans.
